Gite Bellevue Cottage: peace and quiet and 360-degree views!

At the end of a country lane, at the top of a hill offering a 360 ° view of the surrounding nature, is our cottage. It is a cottage completely renovated and comprising 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom or shower room. It is about 50 meters from our house, separated from us by the pool of our property which measures 12x5 meters. The cottage has a private terrace without any opposite, perfect for dinner in the evening or midday, or to relax while contemplating the breathtaking view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and overlooks a large double room including a dining room and a living room with a wood stove. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms offer the possibility to increase the number of possible beds to 5 (by adding, or not, a single bed in one of them.) The rooms are served by a staircase then a corridor that also opens onto a balcony where you can have your coffee or read while admiring the surrounding countryside. Moncrabeau is the nearest village, barely 1.4 km away, it has a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, an associative café / grocery store selling fruits and vegetables as well as bread or cheese and other local products. It is a lively village, a small market is held on Friday mornings. If you do a few more kilometers, we are ideally placed between 2 very lively cities: Condom and Nérac, and in the middle of a multitude of villages more charming than each other like Fleurance, Saint Clar, Lectoure or even nearer La Romieu. Most of these towns and villages have delicious restaurants and quaint and lively farmers' markets. Near our cottage you will also find the waterways of the Base, and castles some of which offer days or tasting tours around the theme of Armagnac and wine. The cottage has been renovated and decorated to make you feel at home, and when we bought the property we hesitated to choose it instead of the main house so much we found it warm. It is a paradise where you will spend a stay far from the tumult and the daily pressure, and from which you will leave re-energized! We also offer a total disconnect option at your request, for a stay back to the sources with family or friends, do not hesitate to ask us questions!
