We do not allow parties and it is important that guests are quiet between 10PM and 8 AM and show respect to the neighbors and the neighborhood. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed in the apartment. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: 200x160 cm (queen bed) with en-suite facilities, workspace, and access to a back balcony. Bedroom 2: 200x160 cm (queen bed). Twin Bedroom: Two single beds (200x90 cm each). Layout: As you enter, you’ll find the master bedroom directly ahead, offering privacy with its en-suite. To the side, a hallway leads to an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, all connected to a charming front balcony. There’s also a guest bathroom and two additional guest bedrooms—one featuring twin beds and the other a queen bed, complete with workspace and access to a back balcony. Book your stay today for a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in a modern setting! Guest access For the convenience of our guests we offer a self check-in procedure. We have an onsite keybox available and guests will be provided with a code to access the keys as soon as the apartment is ready. The official check-in time is from 4PM onwards but the cleaning staff is usually ready sometime between 2PM and 3PM. Guests are also allowed to drop off their luggage after 10.30AM while the cleaning staff is preparing the apartment. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff schedule their appointments on the check-out day at 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Therefore, we cannot allow guests to stay longer than 10AM nor to leave luggage. Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before 10.30 AM on the day of your check-in or after check-out. Upon booking confirmation we send our guests detailed information with among other the addresses of the luggage storage terminals. Other things to note Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible. We offer practical information such as where to find the lugguge storage terminals, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. upon booking confirmation. Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers. The property will be stocked with: - 2 toilet rolls per toilet - 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes - 1 kitchen sponge - 1 kitchen sponge cloth - 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available) - 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle - 1 bottle of hand soap - 1 cleaning cloth Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
