Whether a spot in the Tuscan garden🪴with lounge corner, palm trees🌴, a large play structure and children's pool for the little ones, a large terrace for 6 people with barbecue🍗or a lovingly modern furnished house🏡 for young and old. Thanks to the direct train connection to the big cities, there is something for everyone with us. Many lakes are nearby and the Baltic Sea is only 40 minutes away by car. The space Ground floor: • Open bright living-dining area with large kitchen and full amenities (TV) • Large bright guest bathroom with shower • Laundry room with washing machine and dryer Transition to the large terrace with table and chairs for 6 people and kettle grill Upper floor: • Large bright bathroom with double vanity and large bathtub as well as large rain shower • 1st bedroom with 1.40 m sofa bed with additional matching thick mattress creating a comfortable bed, wardrobe and baby cot. A piano is also available. • 2nd bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2 m and sofa bed with extra topper, creating a full bed 1.40 m for 2 people. • Large children's room with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) with mattress up to 60 kg and an additional pull-out bed which can also be raised to one level. Mattress designed for adults. Garden: • Large fully equipped terrace for 6 people with barbecue • Large play structure for the little ones with double swing • Children's pool • Lounge corner with beach sand and lounge furniture • Herb bed Carport and parking spaces Smart home system and a ventilation system Surveillance camera (when in use, only the one in front of the front door is switched on) We own a dog and despite proper cleaning we cannot rule out dog hair! Guest access Independent entrance, specified rooms as well as the garden. Right next door is my mother's apartment, which is considered a contact person. No impairment of the specified terraces or lounge or pool. Privacy screen available. Other things to note No parties!
