On the ground floor, the living room sets the tone: a backlit TV niche with sound bar, and a fully equipped matte black designer kitchen—induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, condiments, Nespresso machine. The wooden spiral staircase is the centerpiece of the living room — it naturally connects each level and gives the home its unique character. 🛏️ Comfortable spaces for everyone The property accommodates up to 6 guests, with each bedroom on its own floor: • 2nd floor — Bedroom with 180 × 200 king-size bed, double dressing area with drawers, desk • 2nd floor — Attic bedroom: two 80 × 200 cm single beds, cozy reading area with ottoman, well-stocked bookcase, manga, books for young and old, board games and children’s toys, all complemented by a Northern Lights projector for a unique evening atmosphere. It has been designed to be both functional and attractive: walk-in shower, anthracite wall-mounted vanity unit, round LED mirror, and heated towel rail. A washing machine is also available, with a starter pack of pods provided for the beginning of the stay. It's part of the charm of this townhouse, but may be less suitable for people with limited mobility or those who are uncomfortable with stairs. Your personal code will be sent to you before arrival via the Passpass app. An access card is available inside. The parking space is in the inner courtyard — instructions will be sent to you closer to your stay. Other things to note Pets are welcome 🐾 Out of respect for other guests and to maintain the quality of the accommodation, we would appreciate it if you could keep them on the ground floor. The spiral staircase, the true heart of the accommodation, requires special attention with young children. For smokers, there is a designated area in front of the entrance to the accommodation with an ashtray available. Important information: every year, from 1 to 16 August, the Sélestat fairground is set up right in front of the accommodation. During this period, the atmosphere is naturally more lively in the evening, with music from the attractions and the presence of visitors. However, the private parking space for the accommodation remains accessible and available for the entire duration of the party.
