Eugénie’s house, garden, all-inclusive

Welcome to "La Maison d 'Eugénie", totally renovated in 2025, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. Located close to the city center (a 15-minute walk from Place de la Brèche) and all amenities, it features a large upstairs bedroom and an outdoor area for enjoying peaceful evenings. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is included! Self-check-in using a key box. Easy, free parking right outside the house. The space Fully renovated house with quality materials and equipment. Everything has been thought out to offer you a warm and comfortable place! The house is located in a residential area. ​​​ Main Floor: - Fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave . Basic necessities are available for more comfort (coffee pod, tea, salt, pepper, spices, sugar as well as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent...). ​ - Central island with 4 high stools, allowing you to take your meals, but also to work remotely. ​ - Lounge area, with a sofa bed to use in an extra bed, coffee table and TV, with access to many TV channels, high speed internet access. For the hottest months, we provide a fan in the living room, air purifier on a column. Floor: ​ - A double bed (140cm x 190cm), two nightstands, a dresser, a wardrobe and an armchair that can be turned into a single rollaway bed. An umbrella bed can be provided (supplement 5 euros for the stay). Please let us know. ​ - A bathroom: XXL shower, vanity, towel dryer, toilet. Individual artisanal solid soap, shower gel and shampoo available for your stay. For added comfort, we provide mattress toppers for extra beds (armchair and sofa bed) to make your nights as smooth as possible. For the hottest months, we set up a portable air conditioner in the room, for more serene nights, despite the high temperatures. Exterior: ​ - A garden of 50 m² with terrace. A garden table, four chairs and an umbrella will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days and evenings. Also, two sun loungers are available. - A small outbuilding. ​​ The house is non-smoking, please smoke or vape outside the house. Bed linen, house linen and towels are at your disposal for your stay, depending on the number of people confirmed. Any additional linens requested, will be charged in addition (rates on request). The bed is made upon arrival. Cleaning is included. We just ask that you wash your dishes, empty the dishwasher and take out the trash. Free and easy street parking. Bus stops nearby.
