Cottage in Iceland

Helgustaðir is the innermost village in the valley of Unadalur and there is a gravel road 4km from the small town Hófsós. The summerhouse stands on a beautiful land, with a big porch, plants around the house, a pond, greenhouse, playground, hot tub at the house and other hot tub 200m away from the house by the river. The land is very relaxing that allows you with a comfortable surroundings with beautiful view from every corner e.g ocean, an island, glacier, mountains and rivers. The space The summerhouse is a very clean and a tidy house that was built in 2002 and was then extended in 2012, it is 80 square meter with 4 bedroom, a small bathroom and one bathroom with a shower, 2 bedroom attic, a kitchen and a living room. Other things to note The house is located in Unadalur and is the innest house of the valley. In the summer 2019 will be constructions of three guesthouses in the area, near the summerhouse but disruptions will be minimal of that. The last 4 km which is gravel road from Hofsos is hidden by Airbnb maps, check photos for directions.
