Gräddö/ Räfsnäs

Enjoy the tranquility and comfort of this modern and peaceful accommodation with a SPA bath and absolute proximity to the sea, nature, shops, restaurants, tour boats, SL bus, etc. In the area, there are bathing piers, a small sandy beach, bathing cliffs where you can often enjoy stunningly beautiful sunsets. If your desired dates do not appear available in the calendar, please let us know and we can always discuss any possibilities as we are relatively flexible. The space The cottage is in well equipped, modern (wifi via fiber 1000/1000) and good condition. Kitchen with large workspaces, living room with dining area, TV corner and couch in front of the fire. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two smaller rooms with a 120cm bed in each. Bed linens and towels are available. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some spices, etc. are also provided. There is also a guest house with two single beds for possible use in summer. Outside, there is a large sun-drenched balcony with, among other things, a sofa corner, dining area, gas grill and a working spa bath. There is a large lawn with the possibility for various sports, play, board games such as Kubb, etc. There are also 5 adult bicycles and two sea kayaks. The cottage is in a small community area, right between Gräddö and Räfsnäs Brygga. Both are within walking (about 15-20 minutes) or biking distance. On the plot there is also room for several cars. Guest access When booking, you will have the entire accommodation to yourselves. Other things to note SL bus runs from Norrtälje to Räfsnäs Brygga. From Räfsnäs Brygga, tour boats go to popular islands such as Fejan, Lidö and Arholma. There is also Bryggan Bar with good pizzas, ice cream and full rights. In Gräddö, there is a well-stocked ICA store with a liquor store where you can order your wishes. There is also a marina, cafés, restaurants (e.g. Kvarnudden with entertainment) and small shops.
