Cottage in Gräddö

Enjoy the tranquility and comfort of this modern and peaceful accommodation with a SPA bath and absolute proximity to the sea, nature, shops, restaurants, tour boats, SL bus, etc. In the area, there are bathing piers, a small sandy beach, bathing cliffs where you can often enjoy stunningly beautiful sunsets. The space The cottage is well-equipped, modern (Wi-Fi via fiber 1000/1000) and in good condition. Kitchen with large work surfaces, living room with dining area, TV corner and sofa in front of the fireplace. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two smaller rooms with a 120 cm bed in each. Sheets and towels are provided. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, some spices, etc. are also provided. There is also a guest house with two single beds for possible use in summer. Outside there is a large sun-drenched terrace with a sofa corner, dining area, gas grill and a working SPA bath. On the large lawn you will find a trampoline, there is a ping pong table and various tools for various board games such as Kubb, etc. There are also 4 adult bicycles and two sea kayaks. The cottage is in a small community area, between Gräddö and Räfsnäs Brygga. It is walking (about 15-20 minutes) or cycling distance to both. On the plot, there is also room for several cars. Guest access When booking, you will have the entire accommodation to yourselves. Other things to note SL bus runs from Norrtälje to Räfsnäs Brygga. From Räfsnäs Brygga, tour boats go to popular islands such as Fejan, Lidö and Arholma. There is also Bryggan Bar with good pizzas, ice cream and full rights. In Gräddö, there is a well-stocked ICA store with a liquor store where you can order your wishes. There is also a marina, cafés, restaurants (e.g. Kvarnudden with entertainment) and small shops.
