It is also close to Westpoint Centre and Sandy Park The Space The annexe is attached to the main house but is self-contained. It includes a large bedroom with King-size bed overlooking the Exe estuary and garden, a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. The conservatory is a great place for relaxing. The space Avocets is attached to the main house, Lynwood, but is entirely self-contained and has its own access via the conservatory. It offers access to the private garden and an outdoor dining area with views across the estuary to Powderham Castle. Off-road parking is available under the pergola on the drive. Guest access Avocets has its own private entrance . You're welcome to use the garden and the patio area in front of the annexe, along with the outdoor furniture. Other things to note The restaurant next door, the Puffing Billy, offers our guests a 20% discount on food on presentation of a voucher. We are 3 minutes from the station with a fantastic view of the river, providing access to Exmouth, Exeter and beyond. We are also 2 minutes from the shared path along the River Exe for walking or cycling. We consider it important to use eco-products whenever possible. We also recycle glass, paper, cardboard, plastic, etc and bulk-buy many items to avid using single-use plastics.
