As a carpenter, my father maintained and renovated the house, expanded the yard buildings and built our cottage. Since my father's death in 2001, we have renewed the roofs of the outbuildings and upgraded the heating system of the house. In the spring of 2021, a remote work room was completed in the yard building, the use of which we agreed separately. In 2023, we renewed the floor and wall materials in the bathroom and kitchen and also installed underfloor heating in the kitchen. The cables of the house's electrical system were renewed to reduce electromagnetic radiation. Painting the roof of the house is on the to-do list. The property also includes a dock on the shore of Ounasjoki, 1 km from the yard. The ensemble includes our cottages in Särestö and Nivanniska, which we agree to rent separately. All places are suitable for people who are sensitive to electricity. Our house also has heating with wood, a gas stove and a sauna heated with wood. We use unscented detergents to wash sheets and towels. WiFi can be turned off. Other things to note The place also includes a berth at the shore of Ounasjoki, 1 km from the yard. The whole property includes our cottages in Särestö and Nivanniska, for which we agreed separately. All places are suitable for electromagnetic hypersensitive. In our house there is also heating with wood, gas stove and wood-heated sauna. We use odorless detergents for washing linen and towels. You can turn the WIFi off.
