Spacious villa with hot tub near the sea and the beach

Charming villa close to the sea, beach and forest. 20 min by car from Halmstad and 5 min by car to the beach. Family-friendly accommodation with access to outdoor hot tub, large garden, lounge, barbecue, etc. Close by you will find some of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches and hiking trails. With car, you can quickly get to Ullared, Gothenburg, Helsingborg and others. The villa has three spacious bedrooms as well as a simpler guest room. There is a fireplace, sauna and two bathrooms plus bathtub. For the children there is a trampoline and football goal. The space Welcome to a charming house with a large garden, an outdoor lounge area with a barbecue, and a heated hot tub. The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, with little traffic. Parking is easy on the driveway. You enter a spacious hallway, with entrance to small toilet. From the hall, the house opens up to the living room and kitchen. In the living room you will find a fireplace, a comfortable sofa group, TV and exit to the glassed and furnished conservatory. From here it is just a few steps to the outdoor lounge - a terrace with comfortable furniture, parasol and heated spa bath. In the kitchen you will find all you need for cooking. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining area for 4–6 people. A staircase leads upstairs, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms are bright and spacious. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 cm), carpeted and exit to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a single bed (105cm) and bedroom three one single bed (120cm) plus a sofa bed. In the basement there is also a simpler guest room with a pull-out double bed, 80+80 cm. There is also a washing room with washer and dryer and drying room. In a private space for sauna and bathtub with shower possibility. The house is surrounded by garden on both the front and back and there is a garden pond, dahlias, spices and roses. There is a large trampoline and a football goal here. When you book this property, please clean the house according to the instructions before you leave, so that it is pleasant for the next guest. Harplinge is a nice small town with bakery/cafe, pizzeria and Lantännens shop. There is a bike path all the way down to the sea and here you will find several of Halland's finest beaches. Choose Haverdal if you appreciate people and life, or Vilshärad if you want it calmer. Allra lugnast is in Lynga, where you get to be almost to yourself. If you take the car about 15 minutes, you reach Tylösand which has been named Sweden's most beautiful beach. Ullared, Sweden's most famous shopping destination, can be reached in about 50 minutes. Gothenburg, Sweden's second-largest city, which is home to Liseberg amusement park, among other things, is about a 90-minute journey away. In the immediate vicinity, there are cosy spots to visit, such as cafés, farm shops and restaurants. There is a golf course very close by. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note This is our home, so please honor it. On behalf of guests, we have emptied fridge, made space in freezer and pantry. There is space in the closet, but not in each room. Our guests are allowed to borrow spices and other things that are in the kitchen. The house will be thoroughly cleaned and we hope you have a pleasant stay. Of course, you can pick fruit and vegetables in the garden if it's season.
