Alonaki Amaliapolis Volos

The space Amaliapolis is a beautiful seaside village. It sits in its own bay with a small island off-shore and has a gently sloping sandy beach (good for kids). There are several tavernas and bars, some of which stay open all year. The tavernas are particularly well-known for the fresh fish they serve at very reasonable prices. It is also popular as a holiday destination in August for Athenians. However, outside August it is a great spot to get 'away from it all' and there are hardly any tourists. Locals are really friendly and welcoming.Amaliapolis (Mitzela) is a small village in the south of Pagasitikos gulf. In a distance of 280 kilometers from Athens and 220 from Salonika. Volos, 55kilometres away, is the capital of the region. In about 30 kilometers from the village is the airport of Volos. In the property there is a house of about a 100 square meters. It has a fabulous view. On the north side, it overlooks Pagasitikos Gulf & Mount Pelion. Whereas from the south, it has a wonderful view of the hills with the olive tree plantations.
