Full size bath, spacious hallway - Plentiful Parking on site Patio, BBQ, garden, Smoking Permitted. Property is a short drive to Goodwood, The South Downs and Bosham The space --No Heating-- We can provide an electric heater, hot water bottles, additional blankets if needed. Bed for guest 5 is a single and comfortable camp bed. Bedding is not permanently at the property ( due to space it takes up) should you need this please just let us know, and we will make sure it is there for your stay. Detached bungalow, well equipped, very quiet and comfortable in a dark skies. The kitchen is set in a generously sized room, giving you plenty of space to prepare meals.While it’s not a traditional full oven-and-hob setup, it is equipped with modern appliances to make cooking easy and enjoyable: Single induction hob, and two seperate hobs. Microwave/oven/grill combi unit Air fryer Toaster & kettle Large Fridge and Freezer. (There is a cooker that is non functional - the separate appliances offer a full cooking function) TV has Netflix included, along with iPlayer and ITVx . (all signed in ready to use). Wifi throughout. There is no shower, only a bath. Because smoking is permitted, there may be lingering smell of smoke on occasion, if we have been unable to fully eradicate this. (We will try) Portable fans are in the property all year around. The property has a full detached and separated outside annex, which is not included within the booking, though the host and sometimes her family live there. The plant room next to the annex, contains, washing and drying facilities, we are happy for you to use this. This will be shared with anyone staying in the annex. As we are approx. 100m from Nutbourne train Station there is the chance that, during quiet moments, you may be able to hear the train. The property is well insulated for warmth and sound. The station offers very swift access to central Chichester, where Mainline services are available, as well as buses to Goodwood and the wider local area. Guest access Whole entire bungalow is yours and not shared in any capacity. The Front drive way and rear garden can be on occasion shared with the host and her family staying in the rear annex. We are very happy to sit down with you and provide detailed insight and ideas for the local area. We may be able to offer earlier check in or later check out - please message ahead of time to discuss. Other things to note Corporate, professional and long term rates considered - please message to discuss. Smoking is permitted within the building. Please just be considerate with disposal and ash. While we are happy for your to bring your pets/animals we ask that you clean up after them. (Please disclose them, as there is a pet fee) We reserve the right to charge for damage caused by animals. Pets/Dogs are not to be left in the property alone, without our consent. Events and Parties permitted - with prior discussion. Parking is on site and free. There is a washing machine and dryer in a small unit attached to the annex building - We are happy for you to use this if desired. This unit also contains the air source heat pump, which is not to be touched. We also provide you an Iron and Ironing board as well as a separate drying rack. We can arrange to stock the property with food/drinks ahead of your arrival. If this is desired, please message us ahead of time and we can arrange this with you.
