This two-bedroom town retreat is detached from our family home and offers off-street parking and private access. The Studio is perfect for visits to friends and family and the local attractions in and around Sevenoaks. The space The Studio has a generous, open-plan ground floor with a kitchenette to prepare breakfast and lunch, dining table and chairs and a comfortable seating area with large screen TV. It opens out onto a patio area with seating. On the first floor is a carpeted double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, WC and sink. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bunk bed with a trundle underneath to sleep 2 or 3 people. Also in this room is a desk for some quiet study time away from the main living area. If you're driving, there's off-street parking and also un-restricted on-street parking if you prefer. Guest access A key lock box allows guests to come and go as they please.
