The space A four bedroom home, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom with a single bed and desk, the third bedroom with a queen sized and the fourth bedroom wtih a single bed and desk. A high chair is provided and a porta-cot is available on request. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home save for a locked utility room. Other things to note The property has a Swimming Pool for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is inherently dangerous and you agree that you are staying at the property at your own risk. You are agreeing that you are responsible for your own and all the guests safety, Children must be supervised at all times Pool gates must not be held open at any time Outdoor furniture must not be moved Never place any furniture within 1 meter of the pool fence Maximum overnight guests: 6 Two (2) x Queen sized bed Two (2) x Single beds Porta-cot is avaliable by prior request Minimum age requirement of primary renter: Primary guest must be 28 years of age Quiet enjoyment Events are not allowed. Quiet hours between 9.00pm to 7.00am Pets are not allowed (unless pre-authorised). Breakages must be reported and paid for, Inventory is taken prior to stay and after departure, Guests must report any damage or loss, Damage/loss or excessive cleaning will be invoiced.
