Cozy & Bright Detached Annexe with Free Parking

Welcome to our detached annexe in Surrey. Perfect for holidays or working professionals. Separate gated access, free parking space and free pocket / mobile wifi is available. With a super-king sized bed in the main room, property contains shower facilities, decent sized living space with sofa/ coffee table. A cot bed and mattress is available for up to 2 kids- upon request. A kettle, toaster, microwave, table top electric plate and mini- fridge is available. The space Please note that annexe is located at the rear of back garden. The main house is under renovation works. You may find building material on the driveway and in the garden however the annexe is a cozy, quiet and comfortable place to spend your time. Accommodation and nearby amenities as follows: 1) Main Bedroom; this contains a super-king size bed, wardrobe with mirror, a table/ work station. For temperature regulation, we have an electric radiator and a fan. Side tables are available in the main room. Guests are welcome to use the wardrobes. 2) Sitting area with a sofa and kitchen cabinets and counter. There is a decent sized leather corner sofa with a coffee table. A mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric plate hob, iron, hair dryer is available. Cutlery and dishes are available as is tea and coffee. Utensils are available to use. 3) Bathroom area, there is a shower portion, WC and vanity unit in the bathroom. There is a handheld trigger bidet spray shower installed near WC. Toilet papers and cleaning equipment is available. Towels are also supplied. There is a small cabinet with mirror attached to the wall of bathroom above the vanity unit. 4) Garden space is available to be enjoyed by guests. We are currently in process of arranging a picnic table. A large Kettle BBQ- coal fired is available for guests and two plastic garden chairs are available. There are a couple of sun loungers available for guests. 5) A patio area is available and guests are welcome to enjoy sitting in the garden or patio. 6) One free parking space is available. 7) Pocket / Mobile wifi is available. 8) A travel cot and mattress can be supplied if required. 9) There is coin / card operated launderette area approximately 0.5 miles from the house- just opposite BP fuel station. 10) BP fuel station and M&S is nearby if you need to shop. An ASDA supermarket is not too far. 11) A nearby country road may offer outdoor walks. There are some walking trails too. Guest access Full annex is available for use along with garden and patio area. A parking space is also available for up to one car.
