Guest access Sole use of entire apartment and garden, the maisonette has its own ground floor front door & porch with stairs up to living area. Please note stairs are fairly steep so may be difficult for those with limited mobility. Garage can be used for storage of bikes or canoes etc, key available on request. Other things to note Property is accessed via steep stairs at front and back. Small children are welcome but the apartment is not baby-proofed, it does not have cupboard locks etc. Extreme care should be taken on/near stairs and safety gate. Gate must not be leaned on or swung on. Travel cot provided but guests must bring their own cot bedding and towel for baby. Security camera at front door, external only. Your dog must not be left unattended in the property.
