The space Bedrooms - 3 en-suite double rooms with king size beds (optional extra single bed per room) Bathrooms - 3 private bathrooms with hot water. Living & Dining - Spacious lounge and dining area. Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor Spaces - Wide verandahs, estate garden and walking trails. Parking & Access - Private car park with estate 4WD transfer to villa. Laundry Room - Equipped with washing machine & Iron Guest access You'll have the entire villa to yourself, along with full access to our 25-acre tea estate. Wander through the gardens, explore the walking trails, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If you'd like, you're welcome to join in and experience tea estate activities - such as learning how tea is grown, harvested or hand-rolled. Our team is always nearby if you need any assistance, but otherwise the villa and estate are yours to enjoy in privacy. Other things to note During your stay, we can arrange freshly prepared meals to enjoy at the villa or take out and enjoy at your excursions.
