As neighboring residents assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the building, we strive to operate with respect for the living environment of those in the surrounding area. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to refrain from uses that may disturb neighbors, such as loud banquets or parties. Please understand that if maintaining good relations with neighbors becomes difficult, we may regrettably have to discontinue providing the facility. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ■Important Requests During Your Stay ・Please strictly adhere to the house rules. As this is a residential-type facility unlike typical hotels, please treat it with the same consideration as you would your own home. ・At checkout, we request basic cleaning (washing used dishes, sorting and disposing of garbage, restoring amenities to their original condition, etc.). If excessive soiling or strong odors remain, we may charge an additional fee as a special cleaning cost. ・While we have our company office near the facility and staff patrol regularly, we basically operate an unmanned system. Check-in is through a safe and convenient self-check-in method. ※During winter, the sauna's maximum temperature may be lower than usual due to outside temperatures.
