Relax with the whole family in this beautiful and peaceful location. Entire home with beach access across the road and boasting magnificent views of Rivoli Bay and beautiful sandy beaches. Southend is a gorgeous little coastal town offering tranquility, fishing, water sports, hiking trails and fourwheel driving. Canunda National Park is at your doorstep and coastal towns of Beachport and Robe or wine tasting at Coonawarra are only a short drive away. The space Guests will have the home to themselves. This property is 2 storeys with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs, comprising one very large bedroom to sleep a family and 2 connecting bedrooms, also suitable to sleep a family. Dependent on the number of guests, additional bedrooms not required may be locked off. As well as the wonderful outdoor activities offered at this beautiful location, there is plenty of provision for indoor activities with a pool table, darts and board games provided. There is a washing machine and dryer provided Guest access Guests have full access to the home except for the garage and locked storage areas. One or more downstairs bedrooms may be locked off if not required for guest numbers. Other things to note Basic breakfast supplies will be provided. For those with barista experience a coffee machine (including beans) is provided for your use. Basic supplies, fuel, ice, bait, ATM, alcohol and takeaway food can be purchased at the Southend general store. Please check at the store for the opening hours. Evening meals are available over the weekend at the Community Club during the warmer months. Please check the Club for opening hours. A short drive to Millicent or Beachport gives access to your choice of supermarkets or takeaway and dining options.
