Hytten Lodge is ideal for 2 adults but can accommodate up to 3 guests. Pets are not permitted. The space Welcome to a Nature-Inspired Tiny House Between Forest, Meadows, and the Sea Hytten Lodge is a unique and thoughtfully designed tiny house overlooking open meadows and forest edges. It features one bedroom, a sleeping loft, a combined living area and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the living area, you can step out onto a private patio with comfortable outdoor seating, a barbecue, and an electric sauna, the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a short walk away, you'll find the sea with a pier, swimming area, kayaks, and our wood-fired sauna raft. The surrounding area also offers hiking trails, a sheltered outdoor picnic area, and beautiful natural landscapes that allow you to experience the best of Bohuslän up close. Hytten Lodge is also an excellent base for day trips to Bohuslän's charming coastal villages, restaurants, nature reserves, and rocky beaches. Information Before Booking • Pets are not permitted. • For families with children, we recommend infants or older children who are comfortable using stairs. • WiFi and Smart TV are available in the house. During the rest of the year, it is located on the beach. • Two sauna sessions, including firewood for heating • Up to 4 hours of use (booked in 2-hour sessions) Kayaks, Pier, and Swimming Area • Free access to kayaks, life jackets, the pier, and the swimming area *Additional sauna time or extra heating of the sauna raft can be booked during your stay. Guest access As a guest at Hytten Lodge, you will have exclusive access to the entire house, the private patio, and your own parking space. You are also warmly welcome to enjoy the farm's beach, pier, kayaks, wood-fired sauna raft, and sheltered outdoor picnic area. These facilities are available to all guests staying on the farm and offer plenty of space for both relaxation and outdoor experiences. Adjacent to Hytten Lodge is Svarta Huset, which is rented separately. The accommodations have their own entrances, patios, and parking spaces. Natural vegetation and changes in elevation between the properties provide privacy and allow both parties to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. We kindly ask our guests to use firewood and energy responsibly so that together we can conserve the farm's resources and help protect the environment. 🌿 During periods of dry weather and elevated fire risk, local restrictions may affect the use of wood-fired facilities and outdoor grilling. We always follow official recommendations and will inform you of any applicable restrictions. The house is located in the countryside, and weather conditions can change quickly. • A flashlight. During the darker months of the year, it can be useful if, for example, you visit the beach or sauna after sunset. • A camera or binoculars. There is a good chance of spotting wildlife such as deer, foxes, eagles, seals, herons, and occasionally even moose.
