The Villa is very spacious both inside the house and in the pool and outdoor area. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and another with a bathtub. At the back of the house there is a wonderful barbecue and a children's play area with a swing and a tree house, which will delight the little ones, also has ping pong. For those who prefer to relax there are several resting areas and also two hammocks under the shade of several trees in which to enjoy the typical Spanish "siesta". Distribution: The house is distributed all on the ground floor for the convenience of customers, so the entrance of this stone house, presents a cozy hall with access to a large living room, with 2 sofas, tv, satellite, wifi ... and with access to two terraces and the pool area. On the right we find a large room with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a bathroom with bathtub. Right next to the living room is the spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to the Bbq and the rear area. On the left side of the house we find 3 rooms with 2 beds of 90x200 cm each, and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. Equipment and services: Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite Tv, Air conditioning, Heating, Highchair, Dishwasher, Fridge / freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Swimming pool. Property fully equipped with linens and towels. Note 1. Final cleaning cost is not included in the rental price. The cost is €420. Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00. Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
