Guest suite in Jersey

Take a break and unwind in our little 1 bedroom rural annex attached to our family home; an old traditional Jersey farmhouse. The space Superbly located for exploring the island, Hamlet Farm Cottage is a 10 minute walk to the heritage attraction, La Hougue Bie. There are fantastic cycling and walking opportunities around the quiet lanes. The picture-postcard castle, harbour, beach and restaurants of Gorey are a 5 min drive away. Bus stop located 8 minutes walk from the property- with direct routes to Gorey, Jersey Zoo and St Helier. Perfect for individuals and couples (plus 1 infant). Hamlet Farm Cottage has been renovated to provide the comfort of home and give you a relaxing base from which to explore the island. There is a parking space and room in our barn for bikes. The garden is full of wildlife and you will likely see our resident red squirrels and numerous birds. On entering Hamlet Farm cottage you will pass the main farm house to a shared entrance/ porch which the family rarely use but connects the cottage to the main house. From there you enter a small Kitchen with all the amenities, including electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar. This leads onto the lounge/ dining room which also has double doors that can be opened out to the garden of the main house. Up the stairs from the kitchen is a landing which connects the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, sink and toilet. The bedroom overlooks the picturesque garden with a comfortable king sized bed, wardrobe with hanging space and a chest of drawers. Other things to note We live in the main house with our three young children.
