Surrounding just 5 minutes’ walk away are some 24 hours eateries, 24 hrs super market and the train station. The house is separated into two different wings, with two separate outdoor kitchen and one indoor dry kitchen, equipped with kitchen utensils and facilities for guests use. Washers and dryer are also available for use without additional charges. Communal Al Fresco style dining areas are provided within the premise. Within the house, there are spacious front and back garden, designed to provide an open concept, back to nature style of living. Your potential living space, fully furnished, and the surrounding of the house are designed to provide maximal space for movement so that you will never a moment of claustrophobic feeling. This bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed. Wireless internet access is provided. There is also an attached bath room in this room to provide our guest with extra comfort and privacy. The location of the bungalow is near the airport. Commuting from the airport to the bungalow by a taxi will take about 8 to 10 minutes (depending on the traffic condition). Commuting by the MRT shall take about 30mins to reach. Tanah Merah MRT Station is an interchange station for passengers to transit to Changi International Airport and Singapore Expo. Singapore is just a “Red Dot” on the World Map as anyone would say. In such a small country with proper planning and good development of transport infrastructure, moving around would be easy. From the house to the city, it will take approximately 30 mins train ride (depending on which stop you are alighting). We provide cleaning services and changing of sheets to the room once a week to ensure maximal comfort for our guest. As time has always been a limiting factor when one travels for vacation or work. We sincerely hope that our guests spend their most precious time on something more meaningful rather than cleaning their own sheets and room. We, the host may or may not stay in the house. Where to find the nearest food and transport to the places that our guests desire to head to. We will be more than happy to provide recommendation on some of the places of interest. We respect our guests personal space and privacy. Hence, should there be no other purposes, we will not proceed with the unnecessarily. Other things to note We do not stay in the apartment. However, we are just a phone call or text away and will be more than happy to assist our guests in whatever way possible so long as it is within our capability to help out. Default move out timing is before 12pm. However, if guests would like to move out at a later timing, we seek your cooperation to inform us earlier. Such arrangement can be made, but subject to the availability of the room i.e. depending if there is another guests moving in on the last day of stay. Cleaning services will be carried out once a week, and that will be arranged with our guest to find a convenient time for both of us.
