Pheasant Lodge is one of two single storey converted barns in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, with an enclosed back garden, private hot tub, tennis court, games room, space to throw/kick a ball. Close to the market town of Reepham with shops, pubs/cafes, half an hour from the beautiful coast, the Norfolk broads and Norwich.A perfect hideaway with charm and character. Ideal for a short break or stay for a longer holiday to explore the surrounding area by car, foot or bike. EV charger available The space The games room and tennis court is shared with our other cottage Partridge Lodge and is spacious with snooker table, table tennis, darts, retro games console, table football and there is a vast array of board games, books and dvds. We are on a footpath for morning dog walks and this path leads to the village of Bawdeswell about 35 minutes away with a garden centre cafe, pub and shop. There is green space around the cottage for children to play or dogs to chase after a ball. In general two dogs welcome, but dependent on size maybe more, so do ask. Tucked away down a private drive with field views all around makes it a very quiet and idyllic place to stay, and at night weather permitting you can star gaze for hours. Other things to note Upon arrival at the cottage the key is stored in a keysafe close to the front door, so you are able to let yourself in and not be tied to an arrival time
