The Captain Tower is a charming, lovingly furnished oasis of well-being on 2 levels with an inviting garden and upscale furnishings. Furnished down to the smallest detail, this architecturally unique tower invites you to relax, dream and slow down. Located on the outskirts of Holstein Switzerland, directly on the forest in absolute tranquility (not far from many lakes, beaches, Hamburg, Lübeck, Kiel... Uncompromisingly feel good all around on 60 sqm! The space With a lot of love for detail, we would like to set new standards. We want our guests to feel completely comfortable and enjoy an unforgettable time out. In 2025, the property was extensively renovated and now shines in new splendor. From December 17, 2025, the Tower is looking forward to welcoming its guests. THE HOUSE: The tower is ideal for 2 people and optionally plus 1-2 children/1 adult The tenants have the entire house with 2 levels, garden (secluded) for their own use. BEDROOM/BEDS: In the spacious bedroom on the gallery there is a four-poster bed 160 x 200 cm with either H2 or H3 mattresses, built-in wardrobe, dresser IMPORTANT: Optionally, a folding couch for children can be provided. The house is fully equipped and nothing should be missing. LIVING SPACE: 100 cm LED, full HD curved TV with Internet and satellite connection. Wi-Fi, TV, HiFi system, Bluetooth system - Dining table with 4 chairs - Large couch, shelves, armchairs, (blankets always fresh) - Sideboard - Footstool KITCHEN: everything is round and cooks will find sufficient amenities: -Tassimo machine -Espresso machine -Toaster, kettle - Electric grill (in summer) - Oven, 4x ceramic hob GARDEN: The directly adjacent garden completes the overall package with style: From Easter: - Beach chair with pillows and blankets - Large dining table with 4 chairs - 2 swing loungers From November: - Fire bowl - Small table + 2 chairs - Furs/blankets + lanterns STORAGE SPACES/CABINETS On the ground floor is a large wardrobe with clothes rails and shelves for shoes, etc. In the bedroom there is a built-in wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables. LOCATION: The house is in a cul-de-sac with a turning area. Right next to the forest in absolute tranquility. Parking is available for tenants right next to the tower (free of charge) CLEANLINESS/CLEANING The house is basically handed over in a very thoroughly cleaned overall condition. Before each guest, the rooms are carefully prepared to make our guests feel very comfortable. FINAL CLEANING We ask our guests to leave the house swept clean and tidy. The bed linen must be removed and all used towels with bed linen must be deposited at the entrance. Oven, refrigerator should be completely cleared and coarse dirt removed. Regular cleanliness is essential, especially for long-term rentals. This is a good basis for our cleaning staff to perfectly prepare the rooms in the planned time. Guest access The tenants have the entire house with garden (secluded) for their own use. The landlord lives in another house on the property. Privacy is assured. The cottage has its own spacious parking space right by the house. Other things to note NO SMOKING PLEASE!! We ask you to refrain from smoking in the house. CHECK IN The arrival time is not fixed and can therefore be individually agreed with the landlord. The keys are always handed over personally and all tenants receive a detailed briefing on technology, kitchen and more. Optionally, in exceptional cases, the key can be stored in the key safe. The code will be provided prior to arrival. BED LINEN/TOWELS The linens and towels are included in the price. KITCHEN/FACILITIES: The kitchen offers new, well-thought-out basic equipment with: Fridge, ceramic hob, oven, hood, dishes. For reasons of cleanliness and hygiene, there are no spices or food in the house. OCCUPANCY: The vacation home is spacious in the layout and furnishings for 2 people. After consultation, a guest bed can be added. Max. occupancy: 3 people
