This one-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in vibrant, South Hobart—just a short walk to fantastic local cafes and the heart of the city. Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or small families, the space comfortably sleeps two, and we're happy to accommodate a baby on request. The apartment is part of a character-filled property and is situated beneath a private residence (private renters). Access is via a steepish path and driveway which may not be suitable for everyone. The space While the apartment is beneath a private residence, you’ll enjoy your own separate entrance, which opens straight into the open plan living room and kitchen. The small dining table has a powerpoint close by, so you can plug in your laptop if you need to work while you’re visiting (or you can set up on the deck in the sunshine!). From the living room, steps lead up to the bathroom/laundry, where you’ll find a shower, toilet and sink, as well as a washing machine. Towels, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel are all provided. On the opposite side of the living room is the apartment’s one bedroom. With a king sized bed, built in wardrobes, and beautiful exposed brick wall, it is the perfect place to lay your head at the end of the day. The large north-facing deck is for your exclusive use, and has a bbq, table and chairs, umbrella, and beautiful views across South Hobart.
