The Cosy Corner - private annex

This self-contained private annex, part of a country cottage in a Shropshire village, offers a private entrance, a lovely double room with en-suite shower, study area, and an adjacent annex kitchenette, with your own cooking facilities. It is a good location for visiting Harper Adams University (within easy walking distance), and Lilleshall, Newport, Telford, Market Drayton, and Stafford. Off-road parking is available. The annex is available for either short or longer term rentals. The space The space is a self-contained private annex room for one person on the side of a family's cosy cottage with a modern and bright double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities, and an adjacent well-equipped annex kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with under-bed storage drawers, a bedside cabinet and light, a chest of drawers, a wall-mounted TV, a wardrobe,and a comfy armchair. There is also a study area with a desk, desk lamp, and office chair. There is a large window to the front of the room, with lined curtains, and a wall-mounted electric heater under the window. The en-suite facilities are: an electric corner shower with shower doors, a sink, toilet, heated towel rail, and windows with frosted glass and a roller blind. In the adjacent annex kitchenette area there is your own fridge, kettle, combination microwave/grill oven (with microwave, grill, and combination oven functions), sink, toaster, and electric infrared twin hob/hotplate. There are also cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, and a food storage space in your own cupboard. There is also a wall-mounted electric heater in the kitchenette. Guest access Guests have access to the private annex room and also to the well-equipped annex kitchenette area. The room is in a self-contained annex to the side of the main house with its own entrance, which offers some privacy from the rest of the family's house. The annex kitchenette facilities are solely for the use of guests, other than the family’s washing machine and food pantry cupboard, which are also are located in the kitchenette. Other things to note Off-road parking is available for cars. Bikes can be stored in the hallway between the annex room and the annex kitchenette. Use of the washing machine is available for longer-term guests staying one week or more.
