Two comfortable rooms make it easier for you to rest you need to live your t-shirt experience...and you will have the living room to enjoy as a family The space It is a 70 m2 apartment, with two spacious bedrooms where 7 people can sleep in comfortable beds and with space to store your belongings. The master bedroom has French doors that open onto the terrace, a double bed, a closet, a single bed underneath it that can be pulled out when needed, and an internal bathroom. The other bedroom has 4 single bunk beds and a large dresser. There is a second full bathroom. The most exceptional thing is its 15 M2 terrace where your senses are filled with sea, palm trees, sound of waves and sea breeze. A wonderful place to have a family meal using the table for 8 people or also to have a relaxing moment in the hammock. The living room has a double sofa bed and 55"TV with NETFLIX. There's another 42" TV in the master bedroom. It has a powerful 5-ton air conditioner, fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, hot water, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, good-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, an XL electric iron, full dishes and a variety of cooking utensils that will make it easy for you to cook for your family. The complex is one of the best in the area for its spacious and beautiful social areas, adult pool with slide, pool and playground, 7 grills, multiple court, exit to the sea with a well-maintained grass area where you can put chairs and hammocks under the shade of palm trees. It has three water wells that guarantee constant water. There is also a power plant for the common areas, 24-hour surveillance and free parking. A second parking space can be used if you are in two vehicles. It is very well located, close to the largest supermarket in Tucacas, bakery, liquor store, pharmacy and various restaurants. 5 minutes from the piers to Morrocoy Park and 15 minutes from Dinopark. The complex does not accept pets and charges an additional $5 for bracelets per person over the age of 4. It's a one-time payment for the entire stay. All beds have anti-mite mattress protector, pillows and soft blankets. Lingerie can be supplied on request and with a small surcharge. Guest access You will be greeted at the Complex by a person who will show you around the Complex and tell you about the details you need to know about the apartment. The host will be looking out for you during your stay and will gladly provide you with information about the area. Other things to note There are 3 important points you should know: 1. The complex charges for wristbands upon arrival at the property, $5 cash per person. It's a one-time payment for the entire stay. 2. The complex does not accept pets 3. Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds. Sheets and towels are not included because many guests prefer to bring their own linens. However, we offer a linen and towel service if required.
