Private Bedroom + bathroom+breakfast ingredients.

This is a cosy, light bedroom on the top floor with spectacular views. You will have sole use of the bathroom on this floor. The bed is a single but there is also plenty of room for a camp bed. There is also an airing cupboard and an additional store/craft room on this floor used occasionally by me. A toaster, kettle and mini fridge are available on the large landing for your use. Simple breakfast ingredients are included in the price. Dishes will be cleared away daily by your host. The space The house is set over 3 stories and you will be on the top floor (but there is only one set of stairs for you to climb. There is restricted head room on the top floor and so if you are tall and you like to stand up straight in all parts of your room, it may not suit you. We are at the edge of the village with spectacular views and peaceful surroundings. There is a garden to the front and back of the house and you are welcome to share the front garden with me, it is a great place to catch the evening sun. This is a family home, so if you are expecting hotel standards, service and facilities this may not be the right stay for you. I am one of the original Airbnb’s hosts in Pembrokeshire (there were only about 20 of us in total 15 years ago) and this stay will be very much in the spirit of the original air bnb set up. Guest access You can use your bedroom, bathroom and top floor landing. You are welcome to share the front garden with me and Foxy (my lovely rescue dog). My kitchen and living room are in need of refurbishment and TLC and so whilst I am happy share a cuppa with you when I am around, I would appreciate it if these rooms are not considered when you rate your stay. There is a shared entrance to the house and the stairs to your floor is directly in front of the door. During your stay If you need help during your stay, you can text or call me if you can’t find me in the house (I can often in the back garden, or drawing/painting in my living room). I am happy to chat with you about great places to go that are nearby or walks that are close by. I’m also happy to share a cuppa and chat with you or leave you to your own devices, whatever you prefer. Other things to note I love hosting but also value my quiet so mutual respect for our spaces is really important. I have a small rescue dog who is well behaved but is also a normal dog so he will sometimes woof.🐶 Let me know if any additional guests are possible as I may be able to accommodate them too.
