The ENTIRE property consists of 2 apartments of 90 square meters each, independent, 1 on the ground floor, composed as follows: 1 double bedroom, living area and kitchen plus a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, while the one located on the 1st floor differs from the other only because it has 2 bedrooms, instead of one. Total capacity of the property: 3 double/single bedrooms and 2 double beds for a total of 14 beds. N.B. See section "YOUR ACCOMMODATION" The space PLEASE NOTE WHEN RENTING ONLY THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM, AS IN THIS CASE: In the first-floor apartment, when only the rooms are rented, including the bathroom and hallway, the living area is not made accessible; nevertheless, the apartment is occupied only by you. Guest access The accommodation is at the complete disposal of the guests. Upon arrival, you will be shown its parts and the various services that can be used, included in the cost of the stay. You can get up at the time you want. In short, it is like being at home: you enter and leave as and when you want. During your stay I give my guests space, but I am available when they need me. The owners do not live on-site. The following are available and included in the cost of the stay: the possibility of doing laundry and hanging it out to dry, heating or air conditioning, an outdoor hot shower in the garden, and the use of the garden with sun loungers, tables, and chairs. Free outdoor parking and indoor parking for a fee of €5.00 per day per vehicle. Other things to note It is possible through a cycle path about 60 km long, which unfolds along the entire agricultural reclamation, to visit beyond the same, also the entire Arborea Riviera about 12 km long of beaches bordered by immense pine forests.
