From the hallway, you can also access the sunny living room and dining area with seating for many guests. From the living room/dining area, you step directly out onto the lovely terrace, where you can enjoy sunshine all day. There is also a charming sunroom available for your use. Upstairs, there are two beautiful and bright bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed, stunning views, and private access to a terrace. The second bedroom is bright and inviting, furnished with two 90 cm single beds. This floor also includes a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. From the hallway, there is access to a balcony facing east/south, offering a warm and sunny position. In the newly renovated basement, there is a laundry room and storage spaces, as well as a cozy guest room with a double bed and a 90 cm single bed. The basement also features a newly renovated bathroom. Guest access You have access to the entire house — both floors as well as the basement. There are several outdoor seating areas with sunshine from morning until sunset. A large barbecue grill is available on the terrace, ready to use. There is a great restaurant, a casual pizzeria, a hostel and café, boules courts open to the public, tennis courts available for rent, several swimming spots, a mini golf course, a football field, a local grocery store, a ship’s chandlery, and a sauna with perhaps the most beautiful view on the west coast (the sauna and swimming area can be seen from the house).
