Modern granny flat in a new-build property with its own separate entrance. Measuring approximately 37 m², this fully equipped flat is ideal for couples, business travellers or short stays. Quiet location, yet Lohr am Main is within easy reach. Contactless self-check-in and flexible arrival times make for a relaxed stay. The space The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and an open-plan living and sleeping area. Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Access is via a private entrance, ensuring maximum privacy. Children and toddlers are welcome; upon request, we will be happy to provide a travel cot or folding bed free of charge. Please note: The outdoor area is currently not yet fully completed (new build), but the flat itself is fully finished and can be used without restriction. Guest access Our granny flat has a separate entrance, and access/check-in is contactless. Other things to note The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 3 guests. There is a double bed and a sofa bed, providing plenty of space for couples, small families or business travellers.
