We offer accommodation (house) for a total of 17 people (e.g. for seminar participants, hiking groups, fitters, project staff, participants of the nearby surf school, etc.) on a total of approx. 268 sqm of living space. The space Distribution in the house: 2 x common rooms 3 x kitchen 4 x bathrooms 1 x twin room 1 x triple room 3 x quadruple rooms The following services are included: - free use of the 2 washing machines & 2 dryers - free Wi-Fi / Internet / Wifi (100 Mbit/s) Kitchen equipment: stove, oven, microwave oven, fridges, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, pots, service, glasses, etc. Other equipment: - Smart TVs (including apps such as Youtube, Netflix, etc.) in each shared room or kitchen. - Free parking for cars and minibuses Guest access All guests have access to the common room on the ground floor as well as to the laundry room on the ground floor. To get to the attic or the 2nd floor you have to go through the hallway of the 1st floor or the hallway of the 2nd floor. Only the respective guests have access to the bedrooms. Guests have access to the balcony on the 2nd floor. Guests have access to the terrace on the 1st floor. Other things to note It is possible for other guests to be present in the house.
