The space This beautiful, hidden away property sleeps four and has a private hot tub area. This first floor apartment is spread over two floors. You enter the property via an outdoor staircase, which takes you to a privately enclosed hot tub haven. Inside a hallway leads to a family bathroom, twin bedroom and lounge area. A mezzanine master bedroom looks over the cozy lounge continuing on is a beautifully presented, modern, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. This hidden little gem has a private hot tub are with seating. This first floor apartment is split over two floors, sleeps four guests and consists of a Mezzanine Master Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, Family Bathroom, Cozy Lounge area and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Guest access The property has its own entrance with parking to the rear, guests have use of the entire property. Other things to note Bolton Le Sands is a quaint little village, perfect for a quiet getaway, here you can enjoy stunning walks along the canal and beautiful views of nearby Morecambe Bay and Hest Bank Beach. A great location close to the Lake District, Morecambe and Lancaster area. It is also ideally situated as a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. There is a local Coop supermarket, Spar convenience store/petrol station, Bakery, Fish and Chip takeaway, Award Winning Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant all within walking distance. There are two local pubs, The Blue Anchor, a more traditional pub which provides live music one afternoon each month which adds to the character of the historic Inn and The Royal Hotel which serves delicious meals. Below the property is a privately owned gym ‘RL Fitness Suite’ Guests can use the gym free of charge from 6am The nearest town is Carnforth which is a 5 minute drive away and has many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Pets are welcome to stay at the property with prior consent. A maximum of 2 pets. Please note that there is a £25 charge per pet.
