Cosy cottage in the peaceful fishing village of Gourdon, ideal for a solo traveller or couple to explore Aberdeenshire and Angus or have a quiet few days away. The space Cosy, self-contained 1850s traditional fisherman's sandstone cottage. The property is made up of a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and an upstairs bedroom. Full-size, well-appointed kitchen with all the usual appliances including washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a powerful shower with a large capacity water tank. In the living room, there are two sofas (one reclining and one sofa bed), TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and board games. The stairs up to the bedroom are steep (in keeping with the age of the property) and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues - if this is the case, guests are welcome to use the sofa bed downstairs instead. The bedroom has beautiful views over the village and the North Sea beyond, which can be enjoyed from the window seat. Guest access Guest access to the property is through the side door off the driveway. Guests also have access to both the front and back gardens, and the small decking area at the top of the back garden.
