A two-bedroom annexe located to the rear of the main house. Includes a self-contained kitchen/diner/living room, king-size double bedroom, single bedroom with workspace & a bathroom RESTRICTED PARKING: The steep, narrow driveway only fits 1 small/medium car. Guests have their own entrance via a side gate beside the main house. Self check-in is available through a keypad and key lock box, allowing you to come and go at your convenience. The annex is attached to the rear of the main house but remains entirely private. Ground Floor
Upon entering, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. This is the only room available to you on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a single induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, utensils and small fridge-freezer. 
Please note: there is no dishwasher or washing machine, though laundry facilities can be arranged for longer stays. Upstairs
• Single Bedroom: Quiet and comfortable, with a work desk and peaceful garden views.
• Bathroom: Tiled in Italian marble with a spacious walk-in shower.
• Main Bedroom: King-size bed with built-in storage, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor Space
Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared garden, which is rarely used by others. Seating and cushions (stored in the grey box) are provided for your comfort. Parking
if there are any issues with parking on the driveway. A parking permit can be provided for the duration of your stay to allow free on street parking outside of the property. Host Availability
