Large Double in a Little York Village

Cosy & clean double room in my home! There is just myself & my 2 dogs. I love fun & calming decor, keeping a clean & tidy home. The room has fresh bedding (changed every 3 days of your stay - can provide more if you would like), fresh towels every other day. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There is a chest of drawers & a clothes rail with hangers. In the shared kitchen there is a washer, dryer, washing powder included. Coffee machine, air fryer, milk frother etc. Parking is free & easy! The space The property is 3 storey, 3 bedroom. Top floor is my bedroom & bathroom so no access. Middle floor is the large double bedroom which is the room listed for air bnb, then there is a single bedroom which has my full time lodger. Then there is the shared bathroom which is shared between the airbnb room & the single room. Ground floor there is the shared kitchen, downstairs toilet, and a Garden room which is where my dogs are when I am out of the house as it gives them full access of the garden during the day :) Guest access You will have access to your double bedroom, the shared bathroom, the downstairs toilet, the shared kitchen. You're welcome to access the Garden room & Garden just be aware these are where my (very friendly) dogs are who love to jump up for kisses! :) During your stay I am a live in landlord so feel free to ask anything at anytime, if you can’t find me just message me on the app!
