Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 ad & up to 3 small children Self contained ; the ground floor in our family home. Quiet countryside, overlooks our vineyard. Set in a valley with a lovely pub 1 mile away, pubs & shops within 2 miles. On cycle route & footpath; Canterbury City Centre within 5 miles Close to A2 and M20, easy access to Channel Tunnel & Ferries Ideally located for overnight stay if travelling to/from Europe Not visible from the road, secure if travelling with bikes or caravan The space A galley kitchen with airfryer, kettle, toaster, oven and fridge . Large living area with dining table and chairs, two sofas, and a small double sofa bed, television. Bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe Bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with a shower over the bath. Towels are provided Please note - bathroom is accessed via bedroom. As our sofa bed is a small double size, 15 cms smaller than a standard double it is not really suitable or comfortable for 2 adults, but should comfortably sleep 1 adult or two children, depending on size. Can be accessed step free across grass garden Other things to note Property is secluded from main roads and not visible so full directions will be given prior to arrival. Pets welcome, on a case by case basis. We also offer a pet sitting service on request if you’re attending a wedding or event. We can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults , or two adults and two children, up to 3 children if small children. We have a double bed in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is 120 cms wide ; a standard double is 135 cms . The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The lock is on the bottom of the handle
