Premium house at horse farm in southern Dalarna

Welcome to rent our large and modern house outside the city of Avesta. The house is located next to our farm at a height with great view of the surrounding with fields and horse paddocks. The house consists of two floors, fire place and seating areas for 10 people, veranda with grill and spa-bath together with a surrounding garden. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, two bathrooms (sauna and bathtub), five bedrooms and a bed sofa for two persons. Linnen and towels are included in the rent. The space The house was built 2008 and offers a nice and convenient stay with all the functions that one can expect from a modern house. Open floor plan, lovely living areas, fire place, nice bathroom (sauna and bathtub), large kitchen and fully equipped laundry room (drying cabinet, washing machine & dryer). Guest access It is best to get around the neighborhood by bike or car, however there is a bus stop for local transport about 800 m from the house, line 202 or 201. In the yard offers good parking possibilities, which means that most cars 4-5 can park without problems (there is a quick charger for electric cars). Other things to note The house is well suited for everything from a base for activities around the surroundings or for relaxation and socializing in a relaxing and beautiful environment. With the forest literally around the corner, great opportunities are offered for outdoor life, running and hiking in scenic surroundings. Surrounding country roads are also well suited for cycling. In the large garden there is also the opportunity for various games and activities such as cub, croquet, etc.
