Beautiful and large house, comfortable and accessible to adults, but also to children (adapted equipment), located within a large garden, offering opportunities for relaxation (barbecues, ping-pong and badminton) and visits to sites such as Lake Monampteuil (Axo-plage 20 minutes), Lake Ailette and its Centerparc (15 minutes), the city of Laon (30 minutes) and Reims (40 minutes), the Chemin des Dames (15 minutes). Paris is 1 hour 35 minutes away (Porte de la Chapelle). The space In bedroom 1, on the ground floor, the bed measures 160/200 On the first floor: - In bedroom 2, the large bed measures 160/200, the small 90/200 In bedroom 3, the bed measures 160/200 In bedroom 4, there are two 90/200 single beds On the second floor: In bedroom 5, both beds are 90/200 In bedroom 6, one bed measures 160/200 (with two mattresses) and one single bed 90/200. The duvet in bedroom 1 is made of feathers. The other duvets are synthetic. There are cushion covers and mattress covers everywhere. In the bathroom closet, towels are available for those who have forgotten theirs, and tea towels. In the downstairs bathroom closet are the vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. The heating is fuel, the house is well heated in the rooms. All rooms have double glazed windows, except the veranda which is more difficult to heat, but there are two radiators. At the end of the veranda, there is a terrace overlooking the garden. Guest access The house is in the middle of the village, on the main square. Access is via a gate for cars (4) and a gate for pedestrians. There are two steps, which makes access difficult for people with disabilities. The keys will be handed over in person or via a key box, located at the gate. Other things to note Pillows, blankets and duvets will be on site. Linens and towels are not provided. Baby equipment (cribs, bathtub, highchair) is available upon request. Please note: the house is not suitable for noisy evenings, loud music (the neighbors are close). The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.
