Como Lake presents… Bellanotte – Suite and Dreams In the heart of the lake, in the beautiful village of Bellano, on that eastern arm of Lake Como so beloved by Manzoni, a charming apartment is ready to welcome you, as if you were at home. Located in the center of the town, within walking distance of the lake and the beach, as well as all essential and non-essential services, and public and private transportation options. It is equipped with a wide range of amenities, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, and an elevator. Paid parking garage available nearby upon request. The space The apartment is approximately 100 square meters (1,076 square feet) in size and is located on the 2nd floor of a condominium with an elevator. A sliding door separates the living area from the sleeping area. The living area consists of a large, bright open space with a modern, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen; a kitchen island and a large dining table or workstation; and a comfortable sofa with a 55-inch smart TV. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one with 3 single beds, one of which is on a mezzanine level. There are 2 bathrooms: the main one with shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and washing machine, and the second one with shower, toilet, and sink. Two balconies expand the apartment and will give you the opportunity to enjoy an aperitif in the open air and soak up the tranquility of the place, or you can simply use them to relax. To cool off during the day, a refreshing dip in Lake Como, just 50 meters away, is all you need; to cool off at night, there is the pleasant breeze known as the Bellanasco that blows down from the surrounding mountains, and in its absence, you can turn on the air conditioning or the fans available throughout the house. Free wifi. Garage on request and for a fee, 200 meters away. Guest access The entire apartment, measuring approximately 100 square meters, is at guests' complete disposal. Very central location, but very peaceful. All just a short walk from: - Any means of transportation (train station about 100 meters away, boats and taxi boats for lake trips about 150 meters away); - Supermarkets offering fresh bread and local products; - Restaurants and bars offering a variety of cuisines, styles, and price ranges; - clothing and footwear stores; - Pharmacy, hairdresser, tourist information point, movie theater, and more; - Free and equipped beach; - The Wayfarer's Path (Sentiero del Viandante), the Bellano Gorge, and the BAC. Other things to note The apartment is cozy and very livable for short and long stays, as the previous guests were my family and I, consisting of husband, wife, and 3 children. So, everything you need to stay here is provided and available, whether it's for a romantic getaway, a motorcycle tour with friends, a stopover on your hiking trail, or a family vacation on the shores of our lake. Located in a strategic position between cities (Milan, Como, Lecco) and mountains (Valtellina, Engadine), the town of Bellano offers a wide range of activities and destinations for a trip combining art, culture, and sports. Not to mention the beauty of our village, one of the most beautiful in Italy, with its lake, its gorge, its historic center, and the artistic and cultural offerings of the BAC. You are so welcome!
