Beautiful covered terrace living space (dining room and outdoor living room for 10 people). Deckchairs and garden beds. It includes 4 large bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs (ideal for 2 families) with 2 bathrooms (showers) and toilet. Passage toilet in the common living area. Bedrooms equipped with double beds of 200 (1), 160 (1) and 140 (é) for 8 people and possibility of adding 2 additional single mattresses (90) (total capacity of 10 people) with pillows and duvets, each with cabinets and storage racks. Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hobs, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and blender, iron and ironing board. Canadian barbecue (plancha and fires) in the garden. Separate living and dining area. TV with cable and HI FI channel. Capacity of 3 parking spaces in the driveway of the house. The house is 5 and 10 minutes by car from supermarkets (Angresse, Tosse and Soorts Hossegor) and 10 minutes from the shopping area of Soorts Hossegor (surf shop). Activities: 2 adult & more bikes available to tenants. Cycling paths and forest hikes nearby, 12 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike from the beaches and seaside. Large sandy beaches, surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding, marine and freshwater lakes, water park, fishing, 2 famous 18-hole golf courses (Seignosse 10 minutes and Hossegor 15 minutes), tennis, mini golf, Basque pelota and Landes shows. 30 minutes from the French Basque Country and 1 hour from Spain and the beautiful bay of San Sebastian. Guest access The village of Saubion is located between Saint Vincent de Tyrosse and Seignosse Bourg and between the villages of Tosse and Angresse. By road: exit the A64 highway at the Saint Vincent de Tyrosse exit then head towards Saubion, or exit Capbreton then head towards Angresse and Saubion. Train station: Saint Vincent de Tyrosse (10 min drive) – Bayonne (20 min drive) - Dax (25 min drive). Biarritz Airport (30 min drive). Other things to note Sheets, towels and tea towels not included. Soaps and shampoos not provided. Cleaning at the end of the stay and a gardener to mow the lawn every week (Saturday morning) included in the booking. No smoking inside the house. Pets not allowed.
