Bedroom and your own bathroom in a lovely North Wagga home. The two-storey house has a rural outlook, is near the river, and just minutes from the city and five kms from the university. There is a separate entrance to your rooms, accessed by stairs. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. Breakfast will be provided in the living area of our home. There is a safe space to lock up bikes and we are close to the Wagga city bike paths. The space The rooms are situated in a private wing of our home consisting of 1 bedroom, and a 3-way bathroom with spa bath. The bed is queen size and has a very comfortable mattresses. A variety of tea, coffee and biscuits and a kettle are supplied in your room. Breakfast will be available in the living area of our home. Guest access This is a double storey house. Access to the apartment is from the balcony into the bedroom . Rooms are only accessible via stairs - see photographs. You have access to the balcony and the garden. Please note, especially if you have young children, that there is a swimming pool on the property - it is enclosed with pool fencing and a child-safe pool gate. During your stay Your hosts are Rachel and Rob. We will provide arrival directions when you book and will answer any questions you have, but we will respect your space and are happy to treat you as friendly neighbours rather than house guests.
