Here you will find a stylish living room-bedroom with a high-quality leather couch that can be easily converted into a bed and has a slatted frame for restful nights. A refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and coffee maker are available for your self-catering, so you can prepare small meals. In addition, you will find dishes and cutlery to cater to your needs. The guest room has its own lockable entrance with fingerprint function, so you can check in and out at any time – whether during the day or at night – according to your needs. A modern en-suite bathroom awaits you with a toilet, urinal, sink and shower. Guests staying longer can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee. We also offer the possibility to store bicycles safely in the garage. No smoking or pets are allowed in the property. Please inquire if the lake has water. Currently (August 2025) it has no water.
