Also ideal for students or lecturers, 4 km to the TU campus. The space The access to the apartment on the ground floor is disabled/wheelchair accessible, the apartment is barrier-free. The sofa bed is already prepared by me as a bed with complete bed linen upon arrival, so you do not have to do this yourself. If you don't want this, let me know. Guest access A large garden with pavilion, fireplace for cozy campfire and barbecue corner is freely usable.
