Experience comfort and style in this newly converted 1-bed, 1-bath studio, an ideally situated annex built within the property of a charming 4 bed 1600 century cottage, that is also a holiday let. Set within the village of South Hiendley within easy access to market towns of Barnsley, Wakefield & Pontefract. The space A detached, newly converted 1-bedroom annex set within the grounds of a larger property, accessed via a private rustic track. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Walkthrough: Entry: Private entrance with self check-in (lockbox). Kitchen / dining: Open-plan kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and utensils. Large breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. Washing machine available. Living area: Comfortable seating, TV, and a sofa bed (fresh linen provided) for guests 3–4. Bedroom: Double bed with a memory-foam hybrid mattress, plus wardrobe/dresser storage. Bathroom: Bath with electric shower, basin, illuminated mirror, and towels/essential toiletries provided. Guest access You have the entire detached annex to yourselves. Parking is free on premises on the shared driveway. Please note the main house on site may be let separately at times; this is a separate accommodation and not part of the annex. The two units can be booked together to cater for larger groups. If they are not both available on your chosen dates, please message and we will be happy to find a date that suits your group. Other things to note Access is via a private rustic track; take care in poor weather and drive slowly on arrival/departure. The driveway/parking area is shared with the main house. The main house and a camper van on site may be booked separately, so you may see other guests arriving/parking at times. Not suitable for children or infants (please book accordingly). Sofa bed is in the living area, so guests 3–4 will share the open-plan lounge space. The home is single-level.
