The space This well-equipped thatched wooden holiday home, which is continuously renovated, is attractively and undisturbed located at the end of a road - in a clearing in the wood. Surrounded by tall trees which provide shelter from the wind while still allowing both the morning and the evening sunshine to reach the two terraces on 107 m2. Here, new garden furniture and the large stone grill invites for cozy barbecue dining throughout the summer. The interior design is elegant and light with living rooms on both floors, where there are room for all the house's guests. A unique architecture with large panorama windows towards the south and very high sloping ceilings makes the main living room on 44 m2 spacious and bright. The living room is arranged with comfortable leather furniture, a new 70” 4K UHD LED Smart TV with Chromecast, 5.1 surround sound with Bluetooth, satellite reception, Blu-Ray player, stereo system with CD player and wireless chargers for smartphones. There is also an efficient wood stove and a powerful heat pump for energy-saving heating of the home in winter and air conditioning in summer. From the living room, large internal windows provide a good view of the 25 m2 swimming pool. The functional kitchen, which was installed in 2012, opens op into the dining area and has plenty of cupboard space, 2 self-defrosting fridges/freezers with freezing capacity of 190 liters, convection oven with grill and pyrolysis, induction hobs, 3-function microwave oven and a low noise dishwasher. This pool house has five bedrooms, all of which have double beds with box spring mattresses as well as new winter duvets, summer duvets, pillows and roller mattresses. One of the bedrooms downstairs even has a 180 cm wide double bunk bed with 4 box spring mattresses. The double bed in one of the upstairs rooms can easily be separated into two single beds. Each room has a Full HD flat screen TV with optional digital channels. In one room even a 40 ”Full HD LED Smart TV with Chromecast. The living room upstairs, which overlooks the main living room below, has a new sofa bed with top mattress for 2 people as well as a 32 " Full HD LED Smart TV with optional digital channels and a DVD player. Two complete and in 2015 renovated bathrooms and sauna. The bathrooms with new toilets and showers as well as new non-slip floor tiles. In the main bathroom there is a new washer and new dryer as well as direct connection to the sauna with two rows of benches. Bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and pool room have underfloor heating. An energy-saving heat pump heats the salt water swimming pool to 30 °C, where the water quality is constantly regulated. Therefore a stay in the lighted, azure blue soft water is definitely a pleasant experience. The pool room is further equipped with a 2-person jacuzzi with water and air massage and an additional shower. For the children there is a playground with a large trampoline, swings and a covered sandbox as well as a beach volleyball court in front of the house. In addition, guests at the house are offered free wireless internet connection (please bring your own PC). The pool house is located in Denmark's largest National Park and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wadden Sea - central on Rømø with short walking, biking and driving distances to the North Sea coast and the world's widest beach or the amazing Wadden Sea on the island's east side - Europe's largest feeding grounds for migratory birds. This well-insulated and energy-saving luxury pool house provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday year after year and is ideal for several families or couples of friends - whatever the season. Only 1 dog is allowed in the holiday home! For the sake of the island's rich bird life, many hares and deer as well as grazing cattle and sheep, the dog must always be led on a leash! Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. The holiday home can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday, however, short stays and arrivals on other weekdays are also offered from 28 days before arrival in the low season. Just ask. Consumption of electricity and water is settled separately. The price for electricity follows the price at the rental agencies and is currently 0.36 € per kWh. The price of water is 12.75 € per m³. Upon arrival you must pay a deposit of 400 € (preferably in cash) for electricity and water. The excess amount is refunded after departure. There are new duvets and pillows in the holiday home, but please bring your own duvet cover, pillow cover, sheets, towels and tea towels. Alternatively linen packages can be rented.
