Nestled in the heart of nature, by the river with direct access, the house can accommodate up to 8 guests in a peaceful setting, with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A rejuvenating, relaxing, and refreshing experience. The space Les Échos d'Ailleurs is made up as follows: On the ground floor: – Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher), open to the living room – Living room with sofa, armchair, and TV for your leisure time, plus a few games available – Separate WC – Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and clothesline - Storage space for outdoor furniture Upstairs: – 4 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, including: – 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds – 2 bedrooms equipped with a desk, ideal for digital nomads Comfort & outdoors: – Air-conditioned house – Wi-Fi throughout the house -Towels and bed linen are provided – Baby equipment: travel crib, toilet seat reducer, changing mat, and high chair – Private parking (multiple vehicles) – Furnished terrace, garden, and BBQ – Private river access QR codes in each room invite you to discover the history of the objects and extend your journey. Other things to note The house is a short drive from the center of Graulhet, 15 minutes from Gaillac (and its winemakers), and 20 minutes from Albi (and its beautiful cathedral) and Castres. A house ideal for remote work and digital nomads, thanks to its calm atmosphere that promotes concentration, its comfortable offices, and its fast internet connection. The house is in the countryside, surrounded by fields and trees. Migratory birds sometimes stop over here; you might spot deer in the nearby fields and raccoons in the river. There are also often insects and other small animals.
