It has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suites and the first floor is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space with estuary & beach views. Riverside Lodge has been cleverly and thoughtfully designed both inside and out to create a unique place to spend time, adjacent to the sea. A dedicated EV charger available at the property - extra cost of £50/stay The space Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – 1st floor Double with en-suite bathroom and shower. Bedroom 2 – Ground floor king size bed (can be split to create twin beds) with en-suite shower. Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space with estuary & beach views. Beautifully furnished with leather sofa and chairs, occasional tables, TV with DVD. Dining table to sit 4. Outside: Private Parking is provided directly outside Riverside Lodge. The beach and estuary are within a 5 metre walk. Table & chairs for 4 people. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc. En-suite to bedroom 2 with shower, wc. Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, dish washer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Extensive cooking utensils, crockery, wine glasses etc. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned on each changeover.
