The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos) if required for the second guest, while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. Guest access Guests will have the entire Apartment to themselves. Other things to note There is a well-maintained, illuminated stairway up to the apartment, accessed via a secure entry system. The buildings in the area were built around 1900 so the walls/windows of the stairway do show their age and the rear garden is not actively used. You can see a photo of the building and entrance to the property within the photos. Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this flat is on the second floor. There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror. *Please note the second sofa has been replaced with a more modern chair.* Infants and young children are very welcome and many of our guests are families.
